Very awful product.
Does it work? Yes.
Does it work for long? NO!
I ordered one of these for my girlfriend and after TWO days the green light on the brick went dim and no more power came from it.
It feels very light compared to the original AC adapter so it gives me the impression that it’s very cheap inefficient parts.

I contacted Sunvalley Tek to get an RMA, just like it says on their website. I included all information, including the dates ordered, received, stopped working. If you contact them within 30 days saying that the product stopped within 15 days of receiving they will exchange or replace, minus cost of shipping.
NO ONE EVER EMAILED ME BACK!!! I called and it rang and rang and rang.
It seems as if this is one of those companies that as long as they get the almighty dollar, they could care less about who gets screwed.

I bought this because my last one I purchased from another vendor died after a month. This is NOT a Dell branded power source. I knew it was not when I bought it, but they have a warranty that assured me that I wouldn’t be hung out to dry after a month.
Working well so far, the only thing that I wish it had was a three prong plug.

I bought this at the end of January, and it worked for a grand total of one month before frying out completely. One day I plugged it in and the thing simply wouldn’t power my computer anymore.
It didn’t recharge my battery, so the computer had to be plugged into a wall outlet constantly…not to mention the cord was significantly shorter than the original Dell power adapter.
In my opinion, it’s a completely inferior product…don’t waste even a small amount of money on this item.

The cord broke within a month.The part of the cord that connects into the wall and the other part of the cord was loose and will not stay connected so it is not charging my computer anymore.
